Job Description

1. Search for and develop new partnerships and potential customers, introduce products to customers;

2. Understand and grasp the properties and prices of the product. Compare with similar products and products of competitors in the market;

3. Quote, provide technical support to customers and provide after-sales care;

4. Receive and handle customer complaints about orders;

5. Develop sales plans, customer care and service plans to achieve assigned targets;

6. Perform all sales operations according to the Company's policy;

7. Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager;

8. Analyze periodic business performance reports;

Job requirements

1. Gender: Male/Female. Age: 25 - 45 years old

2. Education level: Intermediate or higher in Business Administration, Engineering, Automation, Electricity - Electronics; Mechatronics....

3. Expertise/Professional skills:

- Have basic knowledge of mechanical machines & transmissions.

- Understand the Industrial Automation Equipment market.

- Have knowledge of sales, customer care and the ability to advise customers on equipment and automation solutions.

- Good communication, negotiation and bargaining skills.

- High independent working skills.

- Ability to run the market and go on projects according to the requirements and nature of the job.

- Love and acumen in business

4. Experience:

- Have at least 2 years of experience or more, in the position of Business Engineer, Project Engineer, Sales

5. Skills:

- Computer: Word, Excel, Internet

- Foreign language: Good English communication (not required), able to read product technical documents.
