On January 2, 2025, Watts Water Technologies acquired I-CON Systems, headquartered in Oviedo, Florida. I-CON has earned a strong reputation for addressing the unique challenges of water management in correctional facilities, a critical niche within the broader institutional market.

‌This acquisition allows Watts to further strengthen our "front of the wall" strategy, building on the platform established with the acquisition of Bradley in 2023.
